I'm a cognitive scientist with a vested interest in graphic design and public communication. My scientific work explores how the brain handles ambiguity in spoken language (e.g., did they say cat or cap?) using a variety of behavioral and neuroimaging methods. Meanwhile, my design work brings that science out of the lab and into the public.
